On June 17, 2026, a robbery shook downtown Munich when armed perpetrators raided a luxurious watch store on Goethestraße. Although the shop appeared inconspicuous from the outside, it housed a valuable collection of luxury watches. The incident occurred at around 4:50 p.m., when four people were present in the store. Fortunately, no one was injured. The perpetrators quickly fled with their loot, which is estimated to be worth several hundred thousand euros.
