The heart of a father who once watched his little daughter grow day by day, admired her achievements, and witnessed how the little girl of yesterday became an indispensable royal lady, cherished by her family and the Thai people. No office in this world can ease the pain of losing a loved one. No honor or power can replace a bond that has grown over decades, and perhaps no words can truly describe the emptiness that remains in a father’s heart. For no matter how much he is a king, or how heavy the royal burdens he carries, when faced with such sorrow, he is simply a father. And it is precisely for this reason that, when so many people saw that worried expression on that day, they felt the same heartbreak. For in the end, beneath the royal robes, decorations, and all honors, it is neither power nor status that matters, but a father’s love – a love for which no title in the world is higher than the word: “Father.”
